The first Health Promotion News was published in 2017. Today Health Promotion News, and Ugandan Prescriber are becoming an essential reading for health professionals.
We plan to offer a wide range of online courses for students and health professionals attracting thousands of participants each year.
Our work in schools
Schools are advised and accompanied in planning and implementation and they can request information material in order to design tailor-made and individual health solutions. In addition, OHP offers various workshops, for instance on the topic of hygiene, diet and exercise in schools. By promoting health living in schools, preventing alcohol in school preventing disease and emergencies in schools

Oral Health Promotion IN Kindergartens in Kampala Schools
The aim of the project to promote oral health in Kampala’s kindergartens and primary schools is to create awareness amongst children, parents and careers for the importance of healthy teeth and so contribute towards improving the dental health of our children.
Health Promotion in Companies
The OHP offers free support and advice in implementing health promotion projects in companies. Health promotion in companies refers to all measures taken by employers and employees to improve health and well-being in the workplace. OHP focuses on work structures, work processes and work environments including implementation of occupational health and safety protocols. By optimizing conditions in the company, work can become healthy. It is the aim not just to improve conditions in companies, but also to enable employees to adopt a healthy life style.

Our work with reproductive health
OHP has set short two medium-term priorities for improving sexual and reproductive health. These health promotion priorities form part of OHP’s overall sexual and reproductive health program.
